In the spirit of that, I reported on Cunningham's idiocy last Friday. I trust this was an oversight on your part. Great new site!

Re: HOUSEKEEPING: PERRY BIBLE FELLOWSHIP | The District Weekly

Jack Chick!

Re: HOUSEKEEPING: PERRY BIBLE FELLOWSHIP | The District Weekly

Ziegler: Gimme the site--I MUST hear the song! "Black people" domination of the 100-meter dash is a relatively recent phenomenon in the sport: as recently as the 1960s, two white men--a German and a South African--were the world record-holders in the event. And who is dominating the 100-meter dash in the Paraplegic Games in such a manner that the IOC won't allow him to compete in the regular Olympic games? A white man. As for his NBA crack--John K. has obviously never seen UCLA's Kevin Love in action.

Re: THE HUMANESE CONDITION | The District Weekly

Why the continued OC coverage? Albert, et al., are funny. Over here in Orange County, specifically Anaheim and Santa Ana, it seems nothing but Mexicans (most those unassimilable illegal anchor babies) use their libraries--and even read in English. Racist fuck.

Re: “YOU MEAN THE SKY MIGHT GO BACK TO BEING BLUE?!?!”

It's too simple to characterize this as Evil Big Business against the People. My father and thousands of other immigrant independent contractors are now going to be out of a job because their trucks don't qualify under the new regulations and, unlike the big businesses that have the cash to buy new trucks for their workers, they can't afford it. Such regulations will also drive shipping away from the ports and to other places. End result: a dip in the local economy at a pretty precarious time.

Re: SIDES

Your chronology is wrong. Pollo Campero has been around in Southern California for years now, much longer than Korean fried-chicken chains.

Re: ASK A PIG!

I personally thought Ask a Pig was funny, but to state the history of the column as a way of somehow justifying its publication is mystifying. Oh, and you misspelled my last name, Pig. You'd figure you'd at least learn that about me since, you know, we worked at the Weekly.
