I'm so curious what it tastes like? Jellyfish doesn't generally have much flavor, it takes it from the condiments (sesame oil, hot chili oil, vinegar), but I'd bet it'd still be delicious.

Re: Southwest Airlines FTW!

Interesting...what are you doing in San Diego next month? :)
Another SWA story for you that I read about on Yelp...a woman and her boyfriend were traveling cross-country from Chicago to San Francisco. They were seated in a row in front of a baby that would-not-stop-crying-for-nothing.
The flight attendant took one look at them, and for the remainder of the flight, brought them little bottles of vodka, on the house.
- Carolyn Tang, ShareASale

Re: Sabarmati from the office window

Man. I have been fingering a box of them at our local wine and cheese shop, but have yet to succumb. (diet and all)

Re: Celebrity chef stalkers rejoice in the “Last Supper”

How strange that I was just thinking about this... my last meal would most certainly be my mom's spareribs in black bean sauce, a recipe that I have never managed to perfect. Accompanied with rice, spinach sauteed in garlic, and a bottomless, stemless glass of pinot grigio. (I know that doesn't pair too well, but it's my meal, darnit.)

For dessert, a cheese platter...cow, sheep and goat. Maybe a nice hazelnut gelato?

And having it all in a clean, quiet, candlelit room, with my loved ones around me. :)

Re: The one, the only, Carolyn Tang

Hey guys! I had a lot of fun catching up with you! I've also just been informed that Iron Chef Japan is indeed back on the air. :)

Fine Living Network, 8p/11e.

You can bet that's where I'm going to be tonight, and I think this evening, inspired by thoughts of a lobster roll, we're going to try shrimp rolls.

Re: Chicago Hot Dogs - I think I’ll stick to their pizza

BYRONS!!! And if you were at Wrigley, you were RIGHT by one of them. :) We'll go next time you are in town. I am a HUGE fan of hot dogs. That one up there, doesn't look that good. There's even Superdawg, which is an awesome institution and one of the top 1000 places to see before you die, and has also been on Food Network. They make their own relish. I'll take you guys there too.
