Yeah, me too...It was a real piece of garbage. I used buy things that I really wanted, even though there were many bad reviews for the particular product. This was one of those mistakes. They have been selling these remotes dirt-cheap on Ebay for years. You have to ask yourself: "Why are the prices for Harmony remotes always so high?" Now you know why...I'm sure you already knew, though.
