Hey Paul,
From what I can see, you're doing a great job! Try http://www.scripts.com/ for any scripts you might need (although there are millions of sites with all kinds of scripts). You're looking for either javascript (run on client browser) or PHP (run on server) scripts. PHP will probably be a bit more involved but it can be very good to know.

You asked me about this before, but I just remembered something: Do you use Microsoft Outlook? I don't think this applies to Outlook Express. Anyway, if so, then Outlook actually load Messenger. To switch it off, go to Tools/Options, the Other tab, and take of both ticks for Messenger at the bottom.

Hey Paul,
If you mean what I think you mean, you can do so in WordPress. Just click the more or page buttons on the editor and then the post will be split up.
