i definitely think that you can withhold having desert. yes you can. everytime you pass by a shop or during dinner in a restaurant, just remember to resist ordering that succulent moist chocolate cake, it's filled with chocolate goodness, ooozing out of every pores of the cake. creamy and filling chocolate-ness taste. yep try not to order that tiramisu as well, those soft, smooth, melt in your mouth texture just wouldn't fit your monthlong fast that you're trying to do. topped with a blanket of cocoa powder that is so bittersweet and mixed with a nice creamy tiramisu.
