I know how you feel I just got a call from Anderson, Crenshaw & Assoc. They too have threatened with a civil lawsuit ...
I explained to the guy that, we were renting the house we were in and they gave me a 30 day notice due to the reason of them selling the house ok so where did that leave me? I had to find a place and like right away! He did not care, " Unfortunately they don't care of your situation you broke your contract and they want thier payment you still owe over $1000.00 in the contract well if they take me to court so be it I feel real bad cause I cant not do anything about it but I do feel it now I will never ever recommend APEX Alarm's to no one I will make sure it gets around even if I have to go around knocking on doors.......MDR
