Francine, it is amazing that banks contiue to accrue properties foreclosed on rather than trying to work things out with customers who have good credit. Gone are the days when they could flip those foreclosed houses and make a quick profit, so why aren't they modifying terms? Best of luck dealing with them, it is an horrendous situation and needs to be resolved sooner rather than later.

Yes, Karoli, please do send me an invitation for Twine. I may be able to use it for a music research project I am involved in as well. I added a note to my current blog post about this website and asked people to participate. I don't get a ton of traffic but hopefully it can help a bit .

You did the right thing. Kids think they are smart and don't have a clue
the trouble they can get themselves into. If I had a kid, the only internet
access available would be someplace where I could check in on
them at any time to see what they are up to. Especially important if the
parents aren't computer savvy.
