Hi! I have a lot of spare time at work and need something to fill the time between 9am and 5pm, so I turned to free online games. I've found a couple of games I like and thought I'd pass them on. If you know of any, feel free to add to the list.
For example this http://iceonlinegames.com It has a bunch of card, puzzle, breakout and adventure games. If anyone knows of some other gaming websites, feel free to share them.

Great question. I'm not sure I have a good answer either. I do have a few rules I use when preparing for a race. (Not that I've been running or racing all that long!)

1. Keep your mileage up.

2. Do one long,easy run per week

3. Do one hard, intense workout -such as hills or speed work, per week.

4. Look online for race training plans and then use their suggestions to tailor your own (I especially life Jeff Galloway and Hal Higdon's approach)

5. Have fun training! It's the best part.

I heart over achieving.

i wasn' referring to the mirrors but more to the bed spread and how it seems so..."psychadelic" cause the bed spreads in a night at the roxbury were like that shiny disco shirt that i used to wear.

if i could ever have a room that clean i would cry.......that bed is SO a night at the roxbury don't deny it.

you say man-made religion like there is some sort of other type of religion. but before, you say you don't want any of that spiritual "bullshit". So our ideals that we made as a means to an end would be legitimate because there is something to look forward to. and eternity yet could be something good in this situation because ugh, i'll finish this off later.

there's another show playin next weekend i think the 17th at teh firehouse. stafford's not playing but i think john connor and foster and like pointview and some others are playing there. and these two girls ran the show, some sister of someone i know on myspace.
