I think the reason its so hard for rappers to admit if they are gay is because hardcore rappers are supposed to be about thugs, killings, and sexing women. The homophobia in my opinion is only a fear because black America looks down on other gay black males, it actually sad but thus the increasing numbers of down low men who pretend because they know they won't be accepted.

It's true. I recently read the book I linked above, Hiding in Hip Hop, and it's really sad that the culture is so far slanted in that direction. I think it's getting better, though. Or maybe I just hope it's getting better.

I don't think passing that law would be entirely fair, children do childish things and to be punished for taking naughty pictures shouldn't be a crime unless it directed to pedofiles but thats different. There are more serious crimes that take place everyday and to waste time going through cell phone messages is a waste of taxpayer money. imo....
