Thanks for the tips. I have yet to integrate images into my blog but I plan on it.

I have a question. Should I have to worry about obtaining permissions when using sites like Google Images?

RobinGood Generally you should, but it can get complicated.

My suggestion is:

a) Always provide explicit credit and link back to the source

b) DO NOT link to the original image but save and upload your selected image
to your own server

c) Avoid, where possible copyrighted from major traditional media outlets
