I'd like to add the consumer to consumer conversation that most companies seem to neglect. These C2C conversations represent an opportunity for companies to listen for once and put a personal face to their consumers, essentially the reverse of companies using social media to put a face to their business. This strategy also represents an opportunity to reveal high profile brand advocates and begin building mutually beneficial relationships through social media.

Re: Inc to take on LinkedIn with IncBizNet

Inc and social networking...it's a logical match. Another site to watch is Work.com. Though their personal profile module is somewhat limited, I really like their How-to business guides. It's much better than LinkedIn's answers module that seems to be getting flooded with self promotion.
