--I've been too busy to watch any sort of news. I feel like I'm totally out of the loop. No idea what raid you're speaking of. But now I need to investigate. In typical gov't fashion, they act and THEN think. Or they skip the thinking part all together.
--Election? I don't care. The candidate for my party sucks and the other two suck and scare me. So I guess I'll vote for suck. Because suck is less of a threat than suck AND scary.
--Thank you SO much for the donation to my MOD cause. You rank right up there as one of the most generous people I know. Seriously.
--Do you really want to hear my advice for getting the bottle to stop leaking at night? NO bottle at night. Dental caries are not something you want to deal with. And *technically* he's old enough to stop the bottle all together. Of course, don't ask me b/c my kids had them until MUCH later than that!
--Poor Libby! Sounds like she handled it like a trooper though. Hope her fingers feel better soon.
--And I'm so excited you're getting time away. I pray it refreshes you and rejuvenates you! And insert some insane jealousy that you're meeting one of the "girls."

Karen - gov't - yup. election - yup. you're welcome :) I know, I know - I don't want him stuck on a bottle either. Just not sure how to get him off it without losing even MORE sleep. Libby's got the same luck as I did when I was little (of course, still do!) and yes, I'm totally taking 50 pictures of me & jane and MAYBE EVEN PREGGO AUDREY! Just to flaunt ;)

We have some crocuses (or is it crocii?) Anyway, they were by our well. And when we had a new well dug they got BURIED in 18 inches of dirt/mud/rock. And the next year they came up! Persistent little things!
