Wow. Un-freaking-believable! I love a good work saga where 'the rules' play into things, but an organization that is to incapable of dealing with change is going to die a low and painful death.

Awe, that's just precious. As a father of a nearly 3 year old girl, I fully understand. When I go on business trips the 2YO and the 6YO both get all teary eyed and I feel like a foul beast leaving them for a few days.
