Whoops, I meant the video was shot by Chloe White.

The photo was actually shot by J. Miles Cary of the Knoxville News Sentinel and the photo was shot by Chloe White, also of the Knoxville News Sentinel.

in From FeedBurner To Google: MyBrand And A 404 Error (Part 2) on Eddie Ringle
Thanks! I hope mine fixes itself SOON! I have that style of CNAME set, but it goes 404.

I have this same problem. What is your CNAME entry set to at this point, the address that includes a form of your email or just the feedproxy address? Kind of a nutty process from what I've read on Feedburner Google Groups.

in HOW TO: Convert Videos for Your iPhone (or Any Mobile Device) on Mashable - The Social Media Guide
HeyWatch.com is a great site for converting videos. Takes a URL or file upload. Takes in most anything, outputs most any format.

That's a great post. It does very much work that way.

in Ethics of Facebook friendship: Can it really be a conflict? on STL Social Media Guy
I've seen newsroom people joining Facebook groups relating to political issues. Friending on Facebook is one thing, waving electronic bumper stickers is another.

Interesting follow up to this would be which service is the center of your online presence or home base? Or is that needed?

in Abunga’s Good Press/Bad Press on KTOWNLOWDOWN
I believe the saying is pretty much on target in this case. One of the largest referrers to the knoxnews article you linked has been this URL:
http://scienceblogs.com/pharyngula/2008/01/we_m...
That's a blog by University of Minnesota Morris biology professor PZ Myers, who's known for his "left-atheist inclinations" as the article linked below puts it.
More about Myers:
http://citypages.com/databank/26/1303/article13...
Maybe it's not good press/bad press anymore. The conversation is the news ...

in Promoting Your Media on Chris Brogan
Well, I spotted your post on Twitter and I've noticed it is a significant referrer to my site. Twitterfeed.com makes it dead simple to add an RSS feed to your Twitter account.
I'd also say having friends who will point your way when you deliver "the value" is a great way of developing audience (friends of friends).
Great post, Chris.

Here's a couple:
1) We'll be talking about a company with a Facebook-size valuation that doesn't exist today.
2) The technology and infrastructure will get more complex, but the interface to the user will get simpler.
3) The word "television" will sound oh so quaint.
$) For most, interactions with a newpspaer won't involve paper.
