I second that "wow". It's sad but true: when it comes to the "cool" church, if you don't tow the line on certain issues (mainly this one), you're out.


We have to be willing to weather their childish response to the truth, though, because the cool church is not The Church.

There are plenty of places where this would be safe to try... are the moving sidewalks at Universal close enough together? I can't remember. In any case, I must do this.


As for this one-time, one-way, 6-hour flight, what is my speed limit? Can I drive somewhere else and start from there? I'd probably want to fly around some dramatic mountains somewhere and then safely land in a little town where I could hitch a ride home.

Wow. Really good concession speech. I probably would've cried if I'd watched it last night.

I agree that we shouldn't question people's patriotism simply because they oppose a president and/or his policies. Still, there are those on the Left who genuinely despise America's identity and values. Their patriotism isn't in question, really. They have none.

Honestly, I think this letter depicts pretty accurately where the ideology of the Left will take this country. However, I think they will have to do it incrimentally and that most of it probably couldn't happen in the span of an Obama presidency. But I could be wrong.


In that case, though, God will use the hardships of the Body of Christ (as He always has) to show who the true Believers are. It's sad to see how many are falling away from truth simply because they will not stand to be held in contempt by the court of Public Opinion. That's not even real persecution.

I know how you feel, Randy. The last couple of days I have really been thinking about how I need to check my emotions about some of this stuff. Not that I have been freaking out--but some of the anxiety, frustration and anger has potential to go overboard.


It's sad because the media is playing into those things on both sides, trying to find the most offensive extremes and make them news.

Did they invite the Sisters of perpetual indulgence to represent the pro-gay side? Or perhaps the planning committee for the Folsom street fair? Probably not.

I believe it about AC. Though, I think we should petition the major Networks to re-classify their news shows and anchors as talk shows and hosts, because they sure as heck aren't journalists.

Yeah... I caught some broadcasts on both CNN and MSNBC while I was in California, and I found them incredibly biased.

I had a great time Randy! Although, as expected, the MSM is giving the night to Obama. I guess 'cause he didn't burp or anything. One lib-o-blog called him "flawless," which to me just reeks of the desperate holy-speak that Obama's media cohorts have been lavishing on him all along. Psh!
