I can believe that a company would even try such drastic tactics. The legal action itself casts a bad reflection against the company. That's one! Number two is...we as consumers don't have the right to give our opinion any longer. Come on!!

I agree with this. Entrepreneur's are really the people at the top of business in general. They do the marketing, public relations, writing etc... You name it and they do it. The entrepreneur is not held back by the normal working world. They do not depend on someone else to make them money. The true entrepreneur sees a need in the market and fills it. This is what separates them from the rest of the pack.
