There are several lists posted on the web containing not only the address, but the names of people who live there. Just typing in the address of a particular house in a nice neighborhood could give a thief access to the names and addresses of everyone on the block, and then some. Fortunately, most of these lists need at least one's tacit say-so in order to post the info. Those who are concerned should make sure that whatever organization may be posting their information should Google their addresses and contact the organizations in question.
