I think this is a great idea and offers a great property resource that anyone can use to sell or promote their property.

I have visited the site and even think that the user interface is really good.

I think everyone is in the same situation at the minute, people are feeling the squeeze and want to protect themselves in the long run to make money online is one of the solutions people should look to its just everyone can't make money the same way. I think as said above using your brand or establishing your brand further will reinforce your income and help you make the extra money

I think that is a really interesting poll, people tend to stick within their communities, as you said problogger is aimed at people that blog, finding a blog where people make money in different ways is interesting and help you meet like minded people.

Making money online is not always as easy as people think but it is possible and when you find something that works for you, it is great and you run with that.

Great list and very useful, sharing expert ideas is another idea I use. Creating a great design with potential to adapt with current changes is also a good idea.
