in what has changed in personal finance? on brip blap
A lot of my friends have gotten swept up with the moment, with both good and bad reactions, and have started to alter their habits. Either thinking that everything is fixed now or thinking that we need to pull out before it all goes down the drain. I've been trying to tell them that the basics don't change at all but they are wrapped up in the rhetoric and don't see it.

Great post - you said it very well, and I agree 100%.

in finish each day and be done with it on brip blap
I agree with moving on after the day is done, but be careful not to let too many days pass you by in a blur. It's easy to get into a routine and lose track of time...

I know what you mean. I don't follow the Russian news as much as you, but when I heard about the airport being bombed I had very similar thoughts as this post. I actually heard the story as I was driving home from work past the airport - and I tried to imagine what it would be like to suddenly lose everything we take for granted.

We are VERY lucky to live in America right now. I wish there was more we could do to help people directly.

Pres. Bush was live on NBC last night from Beijing and he said he was talking to the Russian pres about how this is unacceptable. I hope they resolve it soon.

I love this video! I had seen a while ago, but it still makes me smile every time.

It really gives you appreciation of the world and all the cultures in it. Thanks for posting. :-D

I really like Gyminee, it lets you log work outs and set weigh/calorie goals.

How are you doing on the 100 push up challenge? I feel a huge difference from when I started. :)

Money Matters well i've only done 1 day so far on the push up challenge. I'll probably write up a quick post tonight after my day 2 workout. I am actually pretty sore after only day one though.. Thanks for the hint on Gyminee, i'll check it out.

Hey Thanks!

I like your blog title. :)
And your blog too - I think it's really cool that you have an audio version of each post.

We both definitely find that writing things down in a prominent place is vital. I do this for "to-do" lists, budgeting ideas, exercise routines... It really does help when you see your goals all the time.
