I hear you on the standard headphone jack. I reviewed a Nokia 5310 and a 5610. Similar phones, except that the 5610 had a better camera. However, the headphone jack was only standard on the 5310. Totally killed my desire to own one.

As a parent, I can't imagine going through what you've experienced. Words cannot express how much I appreciate this post. You've given me a good reminder that I'm lucky to have my two girls. Keep the faith, I'm confident that everything will work out for your family.

You're right Pete - people should cherish every moment they have with their children and see them as the blessing that they are. When people bitch and moan about their kids, it's everything I can do not to slap them up side the head and say, "Wake up! Be thankful!"

That kid is adorable. I remember how weird it was when mine came. You know them so well, but you don't. It's a strange, yet truly satisfying feeling. Props to mom for hanging in there for 21 hours! And props to you, Jeremy, because dads never get props when kids are born. :)

I know - it is kinda trippy. The other thing that was kinda trippy was seeing her practice breathing during the sonogram. How can they breathe in there with all that fluid? She did though. Thanks Pete!
