When I was in Nebraska, I told my friend who live there that I must see Warren Buffett's home. Being a resident, he know where he live.

When he took me there.

Wow! It was in a middle-class neighbor and yet so modest. People will miss it. But he is secured since there is a security kiosk outside although you will miss it. No iron wrought fence around.

It is open.

My Great Uncle always talk about Warren Buffett and investing and it has great influence on me. I told my friend, one day, I am going to sit down and have a dinner with Warren Buffett at his favorite steakhouse.

I used to go to bookstore to buy books.

I QUIT!

Library is the place I go now.

Why?

Fighting against the traffic on way to the bookstore. Dealing with ignorant people at the bookstore. Thousands of books cause me to stay longer because I am pondering, should I get this or that? Then I get lost in time browsing. Finally, I leave the bookstore with the book I didn't plan to buy and I overspent.

Library solved my problem, I decide which I want and I go straight ahead and pick up off the shelf. The library is in my neighborhood and it is a timesaver. The librarian can serve me as a personal assistant by me requesting to place the book on hold. It save me more time. No book in library and the library will ask other library to have it deliver. Awesome!

This fulfills the suggestion of automate, make your own rule, and take non-returnable purchase to consideration.

I read over 500 rss a day. I am anal with how I read it. If I don't read it and it keep on piling. I throw it away. It is just like those clothes you don't wear for a year, purge it.

Just a thought, maybe you can bring some perspective in ethical affiliate marketing? It could be something new just like some people talk about ethical investing such as not invest in tobacco companies. What constitute an ethical affiliate marketing. Is the product we selling because we just want to make money. For example, porn affiliate marketing but they are not in favor of pornography industry. Somehow they just want the money.

What does it constitute a personal contact? What are the measurement?

Does getting contact through blog comments and forums from a hard to reach person counts or do I need to accomplish through personal contact such as personal telephone number or e-mail address?

Does meet someone at some event such as conference or seminars counts? Or you must hold them to some personal event such having dinner together, a meeting, or playing golf?
