That's particularly what I observe with my friend. Her name is Lydia, an extrovert and very natural leader. She takes initiative a lot. She is a leader, but she's leading with attention, and she's really working on how to involve the people she lead. She leads while keeping attention to the followers. That's really an amazing skill I see from her.
She used to work in CHC as well, she is the no. 9 in the 12 friends I mentioned here...
http://www.reason4smile.com/2008/04/25/12-ways-...

I think the article also share lots of way you can bless your friend.
Robert

-- <abbr>Robert A. But it's really hard to cut the cord and start over. Yesterday, I just came to one preview training in trading, and it's the same principle. In trading people prefer to hold and hope, rather than to admit loss and sell, because it satisfied their need to be right. Starting over required us to admit that sometimes in life, we made mistakes. Internet marketing amateur may make mistakes, and given a chance to go back to the past, will undo their mistakes.

But by thinking that our decision is irreplaceable, we can be more happy with decision. Be gratified with what we have right now and always look forward, how things are going to be better in the future.

Anyway, we can't go back to the past, at least for now =)

That's my thoughts.
Cheers,
Robert

Re: Cheerios Can Help Your Creativity

Hi Jens,
It's really an amazing stuff. Now SU is very strict towards link exchange. The STC that u've ever joined is now not performing that well. You will get traffic only if there are new people stumbling your site. If the same people do it over and over, that won't bring much. Do you still have good experience with SU? I felt the drop on the month of February. That was a terrible performance for my traffic from SU.

Jens, I was quoting you on a marketing review I made on the subliminal message. I am still a beginner in marketing. Conquering Force is talking about our persistence, striving against any obstacles we find in life.

I believe these are the key to success! Thinking of how to impress the person we've just got to know.

The tips in the article... be relax! One important point he shared was to apply 80/20 rules. The first 20% will get you the 80% of the job needs to be done. The subsequent 80% will only give you additional 20%, if you manage to get the perfection you want.

That point helped me to avoid perfectionism. Don't get busy being pefect!

Thanks for the quote, on whose fault when we have mistakes. That's really inspiring.

Thanks,
Robert

Robert A. I was inspired by the quote by Gil Bailie, "Don’t ask yourself what the world needs. Ask yourself what makes you come alive, and go do that, because what the world needs is people who have come alive."

Here is more of my sharing how I left my job, http://www.reason4smile.com/2009/08/18/a-new-jo...

I just knew that I love work on helping people to make their life better. I picked up an interesting field that is knowledge management to help people manage their knowledge for a better life. I have recently set up a blog to share my knowledge in the field, which is www.km4life.com.

Knowledge Management is a field that mainly used in large enterprises, but I also believe that individuals can also benefit from them, I am looking forward to become something similar to life coach, only that helping people to overcome information overload, without neglecting their knowledge need for their vision and project..

It's a big dream and I understand that I will have to learn much more from people. Through Project Mojave, I really hope to learn from you and the community inside them. Having left my full time job, I also hope to engage more with project mojave to really learn, apply, and sharing it back on what makes a freedom business successful.

All the best Clay, and cheers!
Robert
