in Ebay to buy back stolen items on HowBits | Tidbits, Helpful Tips, and Guides
Your article is very opinion formed and it shows that you have done very little research on the matter. If your account does get closed by ebay they do no let you open another one form the same home address. Also if you made people give away their drivers license or a voided check (which ebay makes you do in some circumstances such as suspended accounts or if their suspicious) how would that protect the buyer? It would make the sign up process longer and offer no extra protection. There is no way for ebay to know that an item is stolen. There are hundreds of auction sites just like ebay where thief could sell their items. Sure crime is a problem but i doubt that your little trick will do much.

It is employed by many cable television operators to provide Internet access over their existing hybrid fibre coaxial (HFC) infrastructure. Docsis 3 was released in August 2006.

"...if they can innovate and take advantage of their bandwidth scale then there would be little the other broadband providers could do.. except Sky."

What is Sky going to do?

Has Paul S. been posting lately? I've been missing his posts on the local media scene.  I really look forward to those.  Perhaps they're back and I've been missing them.  MORE PAUL.

in Mark Ritchie’s Big Goof on The Minnesota Independent
The nature of the problem I have admired and been inspired by Mark Ritchie.  He has been a breath of fresh air and is bringing some energy to civic education and engagement.  But this does concern me.  The problem is not really that people who signed on a register at a meeting will be receiving materials they did not want.  The problem is that state resources are going to promote one political candidate.  When we have a system of campaign finance that requires careful accounting as to who is paying for what.  And which does not allow public money to be used for campaigning.

If you "don't want to overdramatize," don't. I think if Paul really had sent you a message from the grave, it would be this:  Don't be self-absorbed.  Don't be self-indulgent.  It's not all about you.
