in Tell Facebook How You Really Feel on Mashable - The Social Media Guide
I don't think I can really tell FaceBook how I really feel. Not sure words like that are allowed !

in Twellow: The People Search That Twitter Should’ve Built on Mashable - The Social Media Guide
I can't make my mind up over Plurk. I like it, but no-one seems to use it. All my followers, and the people I follow for example.

Now this I like. Why doesn't Twitter have this built in?

both this and Summize should be a part of Twitter. It's a great API and all, but search is such a big feature and Twitter is just handing the keys to others ... Oh well, awesome tools either way.

The thing that puts me off Plurk is the fact all my friends/followers are on Twitter.

in 2008/06/21/social-networking-limits/ on Mashable - The Social Media Guide
I like social networking as much as the next man, but I tend to prefer things like Twitter, Plurk and Flickr to Myspace and Facebook. Different strokes for different folks I guess.

I took a look at the MySpace redesign last week. Actually looks pretty good. Big improvement over the past layout.
Twitter I find myself enjoying in ebbs and flows. Sometimes it feels voyeuristic. But not really. It's more like the cloud-based equivalent of sitting on a part bench and watching people go by. ..... And listening in on their conversations.
Darn. Yep, voyeuristic.

in End of the Twitterless Week: Experiences and Reflections on TechTicker
I'm currently using Twitter a lot, and am finding myself looking into all kinds of social networking services. Plurk is a good one, but I'm sticking to Twitter thanks to its ease of use, and the many iPhone apps/webapps for it. Its up-time seems to have improved of late too.

in Signs You Might Be An Early Adopter on How To Split An Atom
I must confess to signing up to things before I know what it actually is. I think it's a fear of missing out on something that drives it!
