in CPA Exam Score Release Predictions - April/May Window - Wave 1 on CPA Exam Blog
Beatles4Eve
I took Aud on Apr 23rd in WA which is my last test. now I'm waiting for the result. I really hope that I will get the score this week. otherwise, i gonna have to wait till the end of June. According to what Amy in Philadelphia said, it is unnecessary for my socre to fall into boardline score but that could be the reason.
It really drives me crazy. i hate myself checkin my score every time hoping that i pass.
Good luck to you too. we will get the good socre on June!

I know that if I don't get my score yet after first wave, i will have to wait till June. does that mean that my score is in the range between 70 and 75?

I love it!

That picture is so beautiful I just had to frame it.

But I'm not sure if I'm buying the whole camera erasing the skinny dipping photos story. Next you'll be telling us the CIA didn't brief you about waterboarding.

Oh Alison, you'll ALWAYS be our little spring chicken!

Glad to hear the stand up went well. No photos? Sad face time.

I liked Trapp's question, 'How can I get the government to bail me out?'

The answer is to start a business and hire every unemployed person in your state. Every single one of them. Instantly you're 'too big to fail' and the government will bail you out. They don't want all those people back on the unemployment rolls!

The downside is they'll also fire you, close 25% of your dealerships, regulate the salaries of all the employees, make you declare bankruptcy, and raise your business taxes.

Seems like there's always a downside.

in Drawers; Drew Toal on Alison Rosen
I think Ted needs a time out. Come to think of it, so do I.

I prefer big drawers to little drawers. Little drawers can be uncomfortable, and they chafe my delicate skin.

I have a feeling we won't be seeing many blog entries here over the next few days. Our leader will be sequestered away viewing her Facts of Life DVD. But I totally understand because I did the same when I got my Lancelot Link Secret Chimp DVD a couple of years ago.

Good luck with your gig tonight, Miss R. I'll be there in spirit cheering you on!

Jeff,

I took REG on May 7 at 11:30 AM. Barring it does not fall into the 25% that is reported in the second wave anyway, do I stand a good chance of receiving my score in the first wave. Meaning did I make the cut for the first wave.

Thanks

My vacations are so boring compared to yours. Can I go with you next time? I'll pay you money.

Please say Hello to Mr. Pickles for me. Invented squirrels are my favorite kind.

I need some new bants. I hate buying bants.

We all hope you're enjoying your vacation, Miss R. The LAST thing you should be thinking about while you're there is blogging. There's plenty of time to do that when you get back. We'll all still be here for you.

I've always had a tough time coming back from vacation. And the longer the vacation, the tougher it was. A long weekend? Not so bad. A week? I might be a little grumpy. Two weeks? Don't even talk to me the first day back. Grrrrrr....

But a lot of that had to do with just catching up on all the work that accumulated while I was gone. Once that insanity was over, it was BAU (business as usual).

Kangaroo sex ain't all it's cracked up to be. Wallabys are a different matter. They've long been my macropod of choice. The old saying is true - once you go wallaby, you never go back.

in Look, a post with tons of photos! on Alison Rosen
Wow - great pics!!

Photo #6 had me fooled... I thought you went fishing and got caught on some lures.

It's hard to make out the seals, but I've been to Pier 39 in San Francisco many times and there are dozens of them there. They're fun to watch, but they SMELL!!!!

I wonder what the YES on the balcony was all about. And I wonder if there's a place in Michigan called Costa Mesa. Seems only fair.

Oh, and I'm dying to read the book by the Jolie-Pitt bodyguard. No, not really.

They could have used you on Friday night's Red Eye, Alison. Huckabee hosted. Let's just say it wasn't their finest hour. Shoulda been you.

in I wrote this post from the back of a pig on Alison Rosen
Well Miss Rosen, I hope you're having a wonderful time on your fancy, smancy California vacation. If you ever decide to blog again, I'm sure we'd all love to hear about it.

Just teasin' ya... We all hope you're having lots o' fun. While you're away, the rest of us are putting in extra hours at the Anna David Academy in preparation for final exams. Personally, I'm planning to flunk every test so Principal David will hold me back for another year. And maybe even have me attend summer school.

Will you tutor me when you come back? I need lots of help in biology.

in Heckler; birds on Alison Rosen
Thanks for posting the link to the M&J clip, Alison. I'm not a huge follower of celebrity news, but I'll always watch when you're on.

If I were in the audience at one of your stand up shows, I'd heckle you by yelling out at regular intervals:

You have beautiful eyes!

Your hair is gorgeous!

What perfect posture!

And things like that. But that's not really heckling -- it's more like being a major pain on the butt. And I freely admit I'm pretty good at that.

I loved the pictue of Tobey!

Congrats on your Vegas windfall, Miss R!

Very funny McSweeney's column. I thought the phrase was "Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day, but teach a man to fish and he'll buy a funny hat."

Regarding #7, my old boss and I used to sit in his office all the time and try to figure out what we wanted to be when we grew up. I still haven't figured it out and I doubt he has. We probably never will.

I'll have to find out which restaurant is your new hangout so we can add it as a stop on the Reality Tour. Speaking of the Tour, June and half of July are already booked up. There's so much demand, we're going to have to add more buses!

And I hope you realize, Alison, that as soon as you get a dog, everyone else is going to want one of the same breed. The Obama Portuguese water dog? That's yesterday's news.

Before inventing a time machine, though, scientists should work on a Star Trek style transporter. Just imagine how that would change the world. You walk into a machine in NYC and almost instantly come out in Tokyo. Your 2 hour commute to work just got cut down to 4 seconds. We won't need airplanes or ocean liners. Climate change problem? Solved!
