I agree with Mike2 on the V shaped recovery overhype. Why risk a 10-60% downside by buying right now just because you might miss out on a 3-4% upside by buying a year after the bottom.

Let me run those reasons through the cynic machine:

1. Get people to pay more for less space
2. I don't think I would want people romping around in my bedroom
3. Two words: Bedroom window

I'm not sure opening and closing a door counts as "reconfiguring space". I have 8 inside doors in my house. Does that mean my house has 2^8 configurations?

Possibly because mortgage rates dipped very briefly there in mid January. Just yesterday they posted a record rise so, that might be the end of that.
