Rudy Ray Moore just passed away at the age of 81.

Some people think Rudy Ray Moore's films are so bad they're good, but it's the other way around. They're so good, the technical badness doesn't matter.

Oh, and he pretty much invented rap. Snoop Dog says that if there was no Dolemite, there would be no Snoop Dog. You can't say more than that.
