I can really relate to this and I struggle with it everyday, often I wish that I could clone myself into 5 of me, there just isn't enough time in the day, and staying highly organized to achieve the most in the least amount of time.

No way is PR on a deathbed, unfortunately for many they think it is and pay little attention to it to the detriment of their business and business relationships.

You are so right, I think that many times, and especially on blogs it's the users that can shape the future of your site.

It is a never ending struggle to keep organized with all the info we process. What I do is I have notebooks, and then I have dedicated sections in it and I use those little sticky tabs that I write the topic on and stick it on the notes to separate topics and I can clearly see them when the notebook is closed so I could just open to the page that I need.

This has been working for me and I find that I can easily remember what is where because I refer to them a lot and I use different color notebooks so that helps to separate topics even more.

For remembering anything I use post its and I stick them in a visible place. Like right on my computer monitor or on my desk where I will be sure to see them. There is also a free email alert service I have been using lately, it's pretty cool they will send you free emails for alerts that you set up as reminders to do stuff: http://www.memotome.com/

Technorati is a great tool for finging blogs.

Writing posts that spark conversations is a great tool and making them more interesting with humor and a personal touch goes a long way to engaging readers!

Great tips as always Sara, commenting on blogs is a great way to network with other bloggers, I have made lots of friends and online associates with it.

I agree, I also think that you should not pick a blog topic from the start that is too narrow or you can easily run out of topics to write about.

HA HA, so true, and so many just want instant success and as us old timers know, there is no such thing in online biz, it takes lots of work and patience.

Hmm, that is interesting, I too had been considering that purchase for a while. It's funny because I have noticed several IM products as well that have dropped in price lately, BMD and others, I wonder if it's the economy issue.

Wow, what a comprehensive list and just in time as I am looking for a wp theme for a new blog I am building, I downloaded several last night, but they are not working for me.

It is amazing how customer service has really detiriorated in this country lately, time and again I am treated rudely in so many places, I just can't believe it.
