The main post would be akin to a blog entry and the following posts would be the blog comments. We treat discussion threads on blogs and on the forum the same, because discussion shouldn't be fragmented.

Hang on - we're pushing a new version to test online pretty soon.

Re: Stuff

There are a lot of true gains from having stuff. I think what Paul was writing about is just stuff for stuff's sake. If some stuff actually brings you value, such as music or books, then of course those are worthwhile. The bad stuff is the things that are accumulated just so we have them. Things we hang onto, purchase on sale, or collect "just in case."

Re: Stumblios :\>

yay!

thanks for trying it out. we'll be working on ways to address the narrowness of the container soon. :)

Re: Stumblios :\>

you need an avatar!

Re: Stuff

Hi Slavo, Disqus is working to address the more unattractive bits of blog discussion. By default, it's sorted by the hottest comments (the most popular comments at the time). Also, the entire comment thread is viewable here. That link just allows you to view it in the context of the blog's full forum, so you can start a new topic that isn't in response to the blog entry. Thanks. :)

Re: Trying Out A New Comment System

Thanks for the suggestions, Sameer.
