My Acer is great - light, great battery, the keyboard is so much better than my Mac. Problem is they claim android apps work, but they don't - so Sonos, for example, doesn't work on Chromecast. Using printers can be a little tricky, but does work

Sorry, I find DDG pretty useless. It's basically a front end for wikipedia. And the lack of maps and other adjacent search repositories further erodes any value. And using bing ads is a path for a small to limited revenue stream - i get amazon ads 90% of the time.

I trust Fred, but assume they hope to get bought, I don't see another exit possible

good luck with that. i think we try to sound smart even when we're trying to shield being dumb. i do think there's a balance to this, but with good timing and humility, i think you can make it work.. just avoid your personal brand from becoming, "nice guy, asks lots of dumb questions"

i bet you'll see a few square dongles.. not many, but a few. i've been impressed with SMBs trying to use social media and other channels to find users.. not like in SV, of course. i first saw square at a small town beach art gallery a few years back, now it will be at bux!

also good to be clear when people from those 3 major buckets move on and you keep in touch... and can then expand the network. so those 3 are just the hubs, but think of all the spokes.
