Have another look at the video and watch the face of David Chauvin after he notices that 4 minutes in Floyd is dead. Take a good look at his face, the jury will. The other cops facilitated this happening. 8 minutes they had him pinned, feet, mid section and at the head. He stopped moving after approx 4 minutes. None of the cops checked to see why that was. None of them even gestured to check except for one of the cops who suggested they roll him on his side. None of them acted on what they had to know happened. This went from a struggle to a lifeless body in 4 minutes. The jury will, a side from the forensic evidence, see video proof along with a crowd of onlookers that were prevented from doing anything except beg the cops to get off Floyd. This is power full for a jury to watch, the cops will do major time.

Hero or not he deserved his day in court rather than be murdered. 40 years is a long time.. these "cops" will in the prison system for rest of their lives. There are some great cops out there, these were some of the truly pathetic ones. We know how hard it is for police in every city and town. The looters are just bad capitalists that prob don't care about people rights, equality and the freedom to be themselves. The real protesters are the ones that know and care how much accountability there has to be within the police force.

This crazy perp is looking at assault of minor, theft of property, maybe foreable confinement and verbalizing a threat. A 2nd assault of the bicyclist. I would say 2-3 years, much of it would have to be forceable confinement considering what and why he did what he did. Technically the cons will think of him as a racist pedophile, not good for him.

He's looking at aggravated assault to a minor and 2nd assault charge for going after the bicyclist. This cost him 2-3 years in a jail full of cons that will know what he did, why he did it and to whom.
