I think your code of conduct section cannot be overstated. As folks try to figure out how to use twitter to brand themselves, you do need to deliver value, and be a little hesitant when it comes to prominence of 'casual' posts.

With all the excitement surrounding twitter and micro-blogging, many are diving in to get experience, and figure it out. While this is normal with any new trendy technology, at some point folks need to settle in and determine if it is worth their time... this is especially true for businesses.

Your code of conduct is an excellent guide business folks can refer to when posting.

Keep up the great work.

Re: Infusionsoft’s Five New Editions

Smart move Infusionsoft. You get to choose on your terms how you want to receive communications. It is the method of your choosing. The traditional sense of I tell you on my terms what I have to say (come to my website, or watch the commercials with your favorite TV program) is fading.

I think MLMers get this concept (they are all over Facebook), however consumers (and potential downlines) are now able to leverage Web 2.0 to tune out those they don't want to hear from. A bit of a sidepiece, and very difficult to duplicate is there branding. When competitors emerged, people would say, I signed up at "XYZ microblog", it's like * Twitter*...

Beyond that the spinoff branding vocabulary is unprecidented.
