Let's not forget, a company that sells sugar pills is nothing short of genius already. Sugar + tasty fake flavor + Twitter = a win that surpasses genius somehow. Skittles, tasty ass fat for a discerning World. Kinda makes me want some skittles, or a toothbrush.

Thanks for posting these videos. I like what you are doing with LearnToDuckTV and 365andChange.

I picked up a Flip Mino HD video camera on Saturday and last night came up with the idea to video myself in the AM to capture what I intend to accomplish for the day and in the PM to see what I had accomplished and how I felt about the way I'd gone about it. Nothing like the video camera to show the embarrassing truth. This seems to be almost along the lines of 365andChange, but not quite. Although, I can't imagine anyone watching the videos but myself. The intention is to hold myself to 3 things; 1. Setting the intention and what I want to accomplish at the beginning of each day, 2. Checking myself for the follow through, and 3. getting better at using the valuable time I have for the things that really matter to me. Anyway, I'll see how it goes.

I'll see if I have any ideas for your 365andChange, it's a cool idea. One quick question, what site or service are you using to host your video?

For me, the unique part just happens if I am sincere and really aware. Giving something your full attention and intention can produce thought and action that is unique. Essentially losing yourself in something, you find yourself.

Great post. I'm sure a lot of people think they suck at something but don't do much about it, even when others are affected. Truth is, you often must suck before you succeed. Hmm. that didn't really come out right ... never mind. Anyway, you get my point. On finding mentors to help reduce the suck, I think you are spot on. I need a few myself.

Thanks for mentioning how the users have changed Twitter. I get kinda tired of tweets advising "best practices" for twitter. Twitter is a cool community and that cool community continues to change Twitter. And, additions of 3rd party stuff like brightkite really make my day better. How cool is it to have friends (you didn't know were there) find you in a bar after checking in?

BTW ... I'd love to see a blog post about Lijit and how to get more out of Lijit.
