Great list. I'm Ron, the CEO of kwiry, the "text it before you forget it" mobile service, which lets you text in a message and have the results saved online for you when you get to a computer. We think it's pretty useful for all the times people are walking around, on the bus, at the airport, etc where they want to remember something they see or hear, but find it again once they get back online. Single site browsers is another way to go, this is kind of like using different browsers though. Prism (the Mozilla project) is the Firefox version (but no plugins....) and Fluid is the Safari based app.
