in Inbox Taming for Busy People on Chris Brogan
All of the above are words of the wise, but should be equally applied to the Sent box. I found that Inbox's little brother can be very useful in various office-related arguments ("You didn't copy me on that email! Really? Let's have a look in my Sent box...")
Cheers!

in What is the future of podcasting? on Christopher S. Penn's Awaken Your Superhero
I like your metaphor for the life-cycle of podcasting.
** **
Podcasting is the audio byproduct of technology evolution. I think it's obvious to anyone by now that audio on the web is here to stay. When, in 2001, I put my 5-minute radio show on the internet for anyone to listen to it at anytime, I didn't know it will be called podcasting. But I knew for sure this is the future.

If podcasting would be radio, we're still in the AM years. Or around peck #5,000 -)

in What Do You Want Next on Chris Brogan
Thanks for asking!
Here's the list:
1. What shall we talk about next? Anything, but TALK. Your community is anxiously waiting for your podcast.
2. Where can I be helpful to you? Already are. Stay along the current lines on this one.
3. What’s a topic you want me to start that we can all talk about? I saw you singing at PAB2008 and PCB3. You must like music a lot, therefore you must have your opinions on how the Net challenged the record industry and changed the life of an artist.

in What is worth paying for? on Christopher S. Penn's Awaken Your Superhero
Thanks for clearing the picture and clearing my thoughts in the process. I agree with you on all points, but try explain a label-executive that "the sale of a CD is almost a souvenir"! I'd like to be in that room -)

in Want to influence China? Forget Olympic Torch Protests! on Christopher S. Penn's Awaken Your Superhero
I agree with you, directing the protests to the Torch is an exercise in futility.
We already agreed to award China the Olympics, that was the decision to be argued on.
As for your solution, many of us are already doing that. Still, many times the MADE IN CHINA label is without the reach of the poor consumer, stuck on the little inner components of the nice/cool/little gadget you just bought. That's the nature of the monster -)
