Here is how you can insert an audio comment.
1) You must enter some text into the comment box.
2) Click on "Insert Audio Comment", press record and record your comment.
3) Press stop
4) Click on "ATTACH AUDIO"
5) Click on the Submit button.

That's it! Your audio comment is recorded.

Thanks for the kudos, but I probably will never update it because when SlingPlayer 2.0 comes out the skin will be obsolete. :(

Let's just say the source is closer to #2 than #1. I guarantee you it's accurate.
I think they may have changed the labeling since this post so I will check and let you know.
