So....Sprint, Verizon, Boost Mobile, Virgin, Cricket, MetroPCS, Tracfone, and US Cellular don't have the competitive might to take on AT&T/TMobile? We need to have T-Mobile around to keep providing low quality phones on a less than stellar network.

Interesting? You compare casting an Oscar nominated actor in a minor role where race isn't essential to the character, to casting Jack Black and Calvin Broadus in a major role with which they are probably not suited for? I don't think fanboy favorite Christopher Nolan is just throwing darts at a wall when he's making casting decisions.
And the Samuel Jackson thing isn't comparable since Jackson is playing Ultimate Nick Fury whose look was based on him.

We Fringe fans should gear up and be prepared for Fringe to have just the one more season. I would be surprised if it comes back and has more than 16 episodes.

Well, if you consider the Dothraki a people of color, then sure. They are described as having dark skin. And when I read the books, I imagine them as black people. Jason Momoa plays Khal Drogo, a chieftain of one of the Dothraki khalasars.

I finally watched Clash of the Titans, but I didn't see it in 3D. It was as bad as many of the reviews lead me to believe; however, it wasn't that great either. Hopefully, the writer or writers do a much better job the second time and add some logic and consistency to the plot.
If I were Liebesman, I'd hold out for more money too considering that he's going to be associated with this franchise that has a huge uphill battle with critics and fans alike.

Really, I was just thinking we need another spy show on television. I'm about to BURN out if they don't NOTICE. Maybe if they disguise it UNDER the COVERS of night I might watch it. Or maybe COVERTly if I don't have any other AFFAIRS. The networks may have crossed the RUBICON when it comes to greenlighting similar tv shows, especially spy shows.

Max Headroom was a favorite of mine growing up. I have seen it a couple of times in syndication and didn't like it as much as I did when I first saw it. Getting this would be more nostalgia than anything. But it might do well considering steampunk is creeping into the mainstream.

Full Metal Jacket and Apocalypse Now are my 2 favorite war movies. Sometimes I would just watch the basic training, first part of the movie, because R. Lee Ermey was excellent.

I thought about it, but it wasn't relevant to my review. What I did leave out is Prince of Persia's place as a video game movie. I will say that of all the video games turned into movies I've seen, Prince of Persia is likely the best of them all.

When I saw the first trailer for Past Life, I thought it was kind of interesting, but for some reason, the first few minutes of the show just didn't pull me in. I have it on DVR so I might try and revisit it, but I'd have to be real bored.

I think Flash Forward and V are going to be in trouble. I told someone, who watched "V" with me, about Michael Trucco from BSG playing John May. And they looked at me and said, "Who's John May?" So, it might be harder to pull casual viewers back in considering they were losing viewers anyway. Flash Forward is in the same boat. The story was getting pretty complicated and in depth and its going to be hard to pull people back.
This is going to be similar to what happened when the writers' strike occurred, in my opinion.

They can keep this remake. But I will go see it just to see how bad it turns out. The Last Dragon is one of those movies that shouldn't be remade. Though the idea of Samuel L. Jackson as Sho' Nuff is enough to make it interesting for most people.

I thought she did a good job considering her small part. She did look fabulous as Queen of the Underworld.

I didn't think anything could be as bad as Dragonball Evolution. This doesn't look as bad as that, but it doesn't look that much better.

This is a pleasant surprise. I always thought Grey's Anatomy's Chandra Wilson would make a good Amanda Waller, but Pam Grier is an excellent choice.
