in i think she knows on brip blap
I went to cash probably too early, but that's where I am.

I watch the 20/50wk moving avg of the SPX/SPY. you can roughly time the market with that simple indicator. when the 20 gets back over the 50 and holds, I'll get back in. not til then. this is a very reliable indicator and you can back-test it as far back as 1928 if your charting tools support it (I use thinkorswim.com).

in welcome to New York City on brip blap
there's no extant photos of the Christopher St. PATH station because it's such a dank, depressing, smelly life-suck that those who attempt it disappear in a sulphurous green cloud of stank and despair. at least someone's trying to cheer up the place!

all PATH/subway stations are a freaking horror in high summer, esp. the latter.

in how I managed to spend almost $9000 on lunch this year on brip blap
lemme see: big tub organic spring mix: $4-5, 16 cans of tuna at Costco: $10, organic dressing $2-3 a bottle. so for a 5-day workweek that's what, like $1.75 a day for my lunch, and it's good for ya.

too bad my breath smells like cat food, and by Friday I just want a cheeseburger, but I sure am saving money on lunches!

to add on #7: look at your feet when you walk. If they point out, train yourself to walk with them straight ahead. Sounds silly but a trainer I worked with pointed this out to me and I've since forced myself to walk with them straight (took awhile to overcome 40+ years of muscle memory!). This resets the position of the pelvis and should more or less automatically make you walk straight up and confident. after awhile it's just your normal stride.
