I guess they don't have sarcasm in whatever country you are from (Canada, I presume?). The joke was actually at the fact that there were certainly millions of people watching, and that they couldn't just brush it off.

That is a very intersting article. So the Catholic College is awarding Mr. President and letting him speak.
Sure seems to go against what everyone would want on this site. Where is the split in the Catholic church then? This is the type of news that really makes a person think. You complain 54% of Catholics vote for him, and yet, there sure seems to be a split there somewhere. Call me crazy, but just seems that way to me. No wonder people are confused and make the voting decisions they do.
Now should the head of the School be excommunicated?
