They still link to the Twitter search for "Skittles," it's just not that prominent. Yesterday it was the homepage, now, the Facebook app is the homepage.

OK, I like the idea of doing your own homework. And I don't doubt this can be done (you were in good shape to begin with, although many will not see that). But I'm a guy who also designs his owns training, and I know a lot about this stuff, and were I to try to start your program (I wouldn't, I like spending more time exercising (: ), I would have no idea where to start.

In other words, if this is meant for beginners - and all geek-to-fantastic-body programs are - you should explain the workout routines in more detail.

And, while we're at it, there's no way a beginner will be able to apply your principles; I bet you have had a lot of experience before starting the program.

These aren't really criticisms, just observations (;.

I never liked Apple; pretty much from the moment I discovered I had to install iTunes to use an iPod properly. I don't like hardware that locks me into using some piece of software.

There are diggers who have over 600 submitted stories and 0 of those have reached the front page. Pity I can't remember the names now (:. And yes, it definitely does matter a lot who diggs you, although with the recent changes in Digg's algorithm maybe getting dugg by a certain person can have negative repercussions as well.

@Shankar: I'm one of the authors of this tool. I can't tell you the exact manner in which our tool works; but I can tell you that it's not a matter of simply retrieving this info from some database. Rather, we use several databases, get chunks of information, then do some simple research to find out the host. It's not 100% accurate but it's the best I've seen. (:
