Heh, sometimes you have to wonder where they find news stories. I recall many many years ago (though I'm sure it's been done many many times recently as well) that there were no major events happening, so after local politics had been covered, the news reported on dogs that sang Christmas carols or something to that effect. Desperate to fill up 44 mins of airtime.

There are lots of things to report, just nothing interesting - or maybe interesting to you but to no one else. Like Ben, I seem to always find something to say - yes, oftentimes irrelevent to anyone else. If nothing else, it serves as entertainment to those around me. That, and strange looks.
