A great tool which I personally find invaluable for capturing web pages is Paparazzi!". Not only is it free, but it will capture the entire page no matter how long it is. It also automatically includes the full URL and date the page was captured to the file name (which you can change if need be).

Great info Jonathan. I find myself explaining this to clients but now I can just refer them to your article. I, for one, highly recommend copyrighting static sites as I do this every year - the full site. Some pages do get duplicated but it eliminates the process of having to track pages with changed content.

Also, if someone does choose to copyright their site here's an informative how-to article regarding Form TX.

I believe the point the people in the picture are trying to make is NO FEDERAL TAXES -- as in no federal income tax. State taxes pay for everything you see in the photo.
