in Are You a Trust Agent on Chris Brogan
I'm looking forward to this book. I need to incorporate these ideas into what I'm doing with my blog. I'm also terrible at leveraging my base that I already have. I guess that's why I'll buy this book.

in Identifying An Audience: This Ain’t For Everyone on THEDREAMINACTION.com
We can't fulfill a dream if we don't take action. I believe the hard part is staying motivated. If a person works in corporate america they might feel stifled by all the red tape. They have to keep pushing through these walls and make "it" happen.

in Embracing our cultural identities at work and in life can only be good for us on The Thinkmaya Blog
I've been thinking about similar thoughts for a blog post of mine. We do need to bring more of our lives into work. This sharing opens people's hearts. I believe that when we get to know people's backgrounds we become more compassionate of who they are and their choices. Compassion is so important to have when we all work so closely together.

in Python Thursdays: Confuse-A-Cat on the Alchemy of Soulful Work
I came across Monty Python my freshman year in collage. What a treat it was! It's so random and creative that it makes me laugh every time, no matter what mood I'm in.
We do need to confuse ourselves or in my case understand that it's ok to feel confused.

in Five Things That A Playground Can Teach Us About Relationships on the Alchemy of Soulful Work
I don't have any children, but as a kid I remember just being in the moment of swinging, sliding, or running around. I wasn't worried about what might happen next. I think it plays into your Free to Begin, and Free to Leave rule. It shouldn't matter whether people are going because new friends and co-workers will always be entering the scene. We can't stop it so we may as well enjoy it.
Insightful post!

in Bloggers Unite for Human Rights Today on the Alchemy of Soulful Work
You make some great points. We should be proactive and help others live a type of life that they deserve. Living in America I sometimes forget how good I have it. There are people all over the world struggling with their governments. Being a blogger I have a voice and should use it to help others. Thanks!
You're absolutely right, persistence is critical in any enterprising venture
but the corporate "red tape" takes a special kind of persistence!
Thanks for the comment!
Cheers,
