I stopped reading Krugman after a column last summer, "The Sliming of Graeme Frost," about the 12 year old boy that Reid and Pelosi used for a response to Bush's radio address about SCHIP. It was a meathead childish column. An adult would understand that Reid and Pelosi shouldn't have been using child like that and the boy's parents were equally irresponsible.
So I'm not surprised by whats happened to Krugman the last few months; he's an ass.
The report out of the Nebraska caucus about some woman carrying about Obama being a Muslim and terrorism and the other caucus goers standing up to her: "No More Hate." Wish those folks could address Pat Buchanan's snide sneers.
Hillary Clinton is no feminist. It seems to be off the table to comment on the nepotism and patriarchy implicit in her campaign and the simple fact that she's lived a life of extreme privilege for the past 35 years, a life of domestic servants and luxury. It used to be standard to ask candidates the price of a loaf of bread and a gallon of milk. I wonder what happened to that question.
