You see the reason we have to spend billions on the F-22, is because “If the president says, ’set up a no-fly zone in Georgia,’ you need a F-22 to do that". That's right, setting up a no-fly zone in Georgia would totally be a way to deter and prevent war. Can't you see that we need to spend hundreds of billions of dollars that we don't have on war machines we don't need so that we can make sure we never have to use them?
