Usually just the more meaty things that I write.  The macitt community is a little more forgiving about submitting your own work than the digg community, which is nice.  You wont get the huge traffic bump that digg will give, but the people that see your work regularly posted on macitt will often become perminant readers of your site, which is better than a heap of one time readers.  At least this is what I've convinced myself of since using macitt, lol.</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Nick Young</dc:creator><pubDate>Sun, 22 Apr 2007 10:24:42 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
