Christianity is about a relationship with Jesus AND living it out in our relationship with others.

A buddy of mine just came back from visiting another church and was so frustrated to hear their version of an "altar call." It basically was "Come accept Jesus so you know that you can go to heaven when you die." Is heaven important? Yes. Is that all there is to salvation? Absolutely not.

So many people view Christianity as a big fat insurance policy against burning up in the afterlife rather than seeing it as so much more. It's about bringing God's Kingdom here to earth each and every day in our words, thoughts and actions.

Funny, I just got a similar email last week from some guy in Nigeria but thought it was a scam. I'm emailing them my contact info and soc. # right now to see if I can still take part.

Heck yeah! Nothing makes me happier than when I start to see those first flowers of Spring poking their heads up!

My only input would be (and this may have already been mentioned) could there be actions for different thinckness books? Say, maybe one for a 100 page, 250 page and a 500 page?

I'm with you though, when I was in full-time ministry it was tough to keep the Sabbath. It required some intentional effort and prioritizing on my part to make it happen.
