America does not have an official language. I highly doubt that Wisconsin has illegal immigrants running rampant in its high school. The fact that this only happens once a year is nothing to be alarmed about. I think it's awesome that these kids can say it in Spanish. People who don't speak English should still be allowed to be a part of this country and share in its heritage, even if they do it their own way. This is just your classic case of discrimination and ignorance.
