John, I think it will definitely be less of a change going to 2009 from 2008. The interface hasn't changed (again) and some of it's aspects have gotten better.

I usually go there to get to the forums. sometimes the stuff on the front page catches my attention. I've always wanted something that show how people like me use solidworks. the case studies are a little shallow.
