vladimir_putin Is my understanding, Americans have representative democracy, where single intelligent person represent voice of bunch of "sub-100 IQ tards." Is why President is chosen by Electoral College and not tards directly?

We do not have below-100 IQ in my country. In Russia, all womens are strong, all mens good-looking, and all childrens above average.
